How can I be sure that A Vision of Redemption, Inc. is a legitimate non-profit?
We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in good standing and approved to operate by the IRS of the United States and we are registered with the charities division of the state of Florida.
Who is A Vision of Redemption, Inc.?
AVOR is a 100% volunteer staffed 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that was founded in 2012. Our purpose is to serve children/families affected by incarceration.
Who are the members of your organization?
AVOR is lead by its Founder/President Robin Figueroa, Co–Founder/Vice President Carlo “Elliam” Figueroa, and Board Members Derrick Rountree, Joseph Browne, Aaron Brito.
How did A Vision of Redemption, Inc. start?
Robin Figueroa found her passion for helping others through her own family’s personal experiences. She was inspired by her brother’s incarceration to start A Vision of Redemption in hopes that her brother would soon be exonerated.
How is A Vision of Redemption, Inc. funded?
AVOR is funded by donations, benefactors and sponsors.
If I donate to A Vision of Redemption,Inc. where does my money go?
Operating expenses of AVOR are normally 5% of donations received, so 95% of what you give goes directly to supporting our Cause.
If I donate to help the helpless, will my name be sold or shared with any other organization?
No. Our benefactors’ information are confidential and AVOR do not share or sell their information to other organization.
